Haimwood shooting ground is within a triangle formed by Oswestry in the north, Welshpool in the south and Shrewsbury in the east.

The Shooting Ground is two miles east of the village. Take the turning by the traffic lights at the narrow bridge.

Take the first turning right after 400 yards. This is a no through road. Stay on this road until the end of the road (1.5 miles) and SG is on the right.
